Flash AI is an AI photo generation and editing app. Users upload or provide images, choose generation styles, and receive AI-generated outputs. Flash AI does not publish your images automatically.

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

If you sign in with Apple, we may receive and store information provided through Apple Sign In, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Apple account identifier
• Internal user ID

Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.

User Content

To provide image generation features, Flash AI may process information you provide, including:

• Uploaded input images
• Selected styles or prompts
• Generated output images
• Image metadata needed to operate the service, such as file type, size, width, and height

User content may be processed by our backend, storage provider, and AI providers to generate and deliver results.

Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription or coin pack, we and our subscription provider may process purchase-related information, including:

• Purchase status
• Subscription or coin product ID
• Renewal, cancellation, expiration, and billing status
• App user ID
• Entitlement status
• Coin balance and coin transaction history

We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Usage Information

We may collect information needed to operate the app, such as:

• Image generation usage
• Coin charges, refunds, and grants
• Feature access status
• Request timestamps
• App user ID associated with usage records

Analytics Information

We may use analytics tools such as PostHog to understand product usage and improve Flash AI. Analytics information may include app events, feature usage, device and app metadata, approximate region, and identifiers used to measure usage. We do not use this information for third-party advertising.

Technical Information

We may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, debug, and maintain the service, such as server logs, request metadata, crash reports, and error information.

We use information for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users
• To generate and deliver AI images
• To store uploaded and generated images
• To provide subscriptions, coin purchases, and purchase restoration
• To charge, refund, and grant coins
• To operate, secure, debug, analyze, and improve the service
• To provide customer support

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Flash AI uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate image outputs. Uploaded images, selected styles, prompt content, and generated outputs may be sent to AI service providers so they can provide the image generation feature.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, financial information, health information, images of people without appropriate rights or permission, or content you do not have permission to process.

Flash AI may use the following third-party services:

Apple

Apple provides Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and in-app purchase processing. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's privacy policies and App Store terms.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat helps manage subscriptions, consumable purchases, entitlement status, webhooks, and purchase restoration. RevenueCat may process app user IDs, purchase records, product IDs, entitlement status, and related subscription or purchase data on our behalf.

OpenRouter and AI Model Providers

OpenRouter helps route AI requests to model providers. Uploaded images, prompt content, selected style information, and generated outputs may be processed by OpenRouter and the selected AI model provider to provide image generation.

Cloudflare R2

Cloudflare R2 provides object storage for uploaded and generated images. Images may be stored and served through temporary signed URLs.

Railway

Railway hosts backend infrastructure used to process accounts, generation requests, subscriptions, coin balances, and related application data.

PostHog

PostHog provides product analytics to help us understand feature usage, diagnose issues, and improve Flash AI.

Sentry

Sentry may be used for error monitoring and diagnostics. Sentry may process error reports, stack traces, device or browser metadata, and related diagnostic information.

We may share information:

• With service providers that help us operate Flash AI
• With Apple and RevenueCat for subscriptions, coin purchases, and purchase restoration
• With AI infrastructure providers for image generation
• With hosting, storage, analytics, and error monitoring providers
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Flash AI, maintain account and subscription access, manage coin balances, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate our services.

Uploaded and generated images may be stored with generation records unless deleted under our retention practices or in response to a valid deletion request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

You may request deletion of your Flash AI account and associated personal information by contacting privacy@hromers.com.

If you purchased a subscription, deleting your Flash AI account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Subscriptions and coin purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Flash AI may include restore purchases functionality so you can restore eligible subscription access and purchase status on a device associated with your Apple account.

Flash AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law.
